Reinforced Concrete Council
A suite of 13 computer-aided learning (CAL) packages for CPD use that provides flexible, interactive learning about concrete materials, design and construction. It contains up to 20 days of essential CPD material and information for all construction professionals - from architects to design and site engineers.
Modules include: reinforced concrete to BS 8110 and to EC2, foundations and retaining walls, drawing and detailing, precast concrete, pre-stressed concrete, site practice, pavements, bridges, buildability and construction techniques, and concrete as a material.
CALcrete is a joint venture between the BCA, Phoenix Systems and the RCC.
Available on CD, suitable for PCs running Windows 3.11 and above.
