Stage 1: Concrete Practice

On behalf of the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT), the Concrete Society administers the Stage 1: Concrete Practice examination.

This entry-level qualification for Concrete Practice is provided by the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT).

This qualification enables technicians, operatives, batch plant supervisors and concrete mixer operators/drivers to achieve a formal certificate in recognition of their success in mastering the basic objectives of activities in the concrete industry. It also serves as the first step for new recruits heading for management in the technology of concrete production.

The exam is a multiple choice paper based on the Stage 1 syllabus and is designed to demonstrate an understanding of the practical aspects of concreting.

Please note: This is an ICT exam. Concrete Society membership discounts for training do not apply.
Examination fees are VAT exempt.
