This guide is the result of a joint working group of the Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership, I3P, and the Concrete Society.

Digital monitoring systems provide the real-time measurement and recording of fresh concrete properties such as temperature, air content and consistence. These calibrated, digital systems may also be capable of adjusting concrete properties such as the addition of water or admixture

This guidance aims to accelerating the adoption of this technology that can deliver cost, sustainability and health and safety benefits. The guide includes sections on Management, Operation, Training, Competence, Verification and Acceptance.
